This colorful Irish Celtic Cross is hand painted on either 18 mesh or 13 mesh white mono-canvas - totally stitch painted for symmetry and ease in stitching. The 18 mesh version is 7 1/2" high x 4 3/4" wide, and the 13 mesh version proportionately larger. It might be finished in the cross shape with an easel on the back for a standing piece - or made with a background for a pillow insert or framing. The model was stitched with Splendor Silk, with Renaissance "Shimmer" in bump stitches for the decorative pearls.
